The
high success rates, quality of our staff and care, and reasonable
costs have attracted patients to the Cooper Institute for
Reproductive Hormonal Disorders from
across the country and around the world. We are aware that there
are many people who would like to utilize our services, but the
cost of long distance travel several times a month would prohibit
it. In order to allow those who are in such a situation to utilize
the Cooper Institute for Reproductive Hormonal Disorders we have many patients who use a local
doctor to perform all of their blood and ultrasound monitoring throughout
their cycle. Therefore, a patient need only visit Cooper Institute
for Reproductive Hormonal Disorders for an initial visit and then a retrieval and transfer.
This minimizes the costs and difficulties of making continuous trips
to our offices. Because of our experience in dealing with out of
town patients, it is a situation that we feel comfortable with and
still allows us to offer the highest quality care. If you would
like more details or information on how we can assist you in making
arrangements with a doctor near you please contact our New Jersey
office at (856) 751-5575 and ask for either Sharon Perkins, R.N.
or Fran Fox, R.N. or send us an e-mail and we will forward you any
information we may have on doctors in your area. (Please note that
while we will assist you in arranging for an out of town doctor
in any way we can, we do not maintain lists of doctors for different
areas and may not have the name of a physician in your particular
area.)
Welcome
to the Cooper Institute for Reproductive Hormonal Disorders Program! We at Cooper
Institute are interested in making your time spent at our program an
enjoyable and successful experience. Because you will be doing your
monitoring elsewhere, we need cooperation from start to finish.
Your participation and communication along with our efforts is key
to a positive experience.
Due
to the extraordinary amount of time and coordination an out of town
patient cycle requires, there is a one time per cycle management
fee of $240.00. This fee will cover the numerous phone calls, faxes,
and basic coordination of the entire cycle that is required of an
out of town IVF cycle. Please feel free to contact us at any time
with any questions or help that you may need during your cycle at
Cooper Institute.
Below
is a brief list of monitoring facilities from around the country.
